Why I Hoped for Upsets in Cricket World Cup 2011

Teams that have no effects but can make Upsets

We have teams in the world cup that have not got the Test playing nation status till now, will they make an impact on world cup, in World cup 1992 Zimbabve beat England who were runner up in the World cup final and league matches as well, Zimbabve did it in 1983 against Australia too.

in World Cup 1996 Kenya beat West Indies and made an upset,

in World Cup 1999 Bangladesh beat Pakistan (who were topper in league matches and runner up in the World Cup) it was also an upset, in world cup 2003 Kenys reached in semifinal meet India in semifinal and gave them tough time, in World Cup 2007 Irland a non-Test Playing nation ruled out Pakistan from the World Cup by beating them in 1St round match,

We consider it an upset when a nono test playing nation beat a test playing nation, Bangladesh who beat India and pull them out in 1st round match were beaten by Canada, It is also upset of World Cup History,

We have four teams

Kenya
Canada
Netherlands
Ireland

that are non-Test Playing nations but they are well prepared now, I smell Cricket would be like Soccer where any team could be beaten by any team in the world cup, I wish best of luck to these teams because only when these teams have results the cricket can grow in the globe otherwise it is just Australia Vs Rest of the world and it battle against Australia to beat them and Australians are ready to clinch the World fifth times in total and 4th in a row,.

All my hopes with these four teams which can spread the smell of Cricket easily,

The semifinal of Kenya in 2003 World Cup made no change in their country for the cricket Development because there was no infrastructure for cricket in Kenya.

So let us hope for an upset and more upsets in upcoming World Cup of Cricket, I love Upsets.

Cricket World Cup 2011

Who will win this world cup please guess upon the ground realities or otherwise upon your internal thoughts or upon your patriotism, Pakistan India Austaralia England and Zimbabve are the favorite in my thinking

Pakistan is Captain less team like a injured loin, but team India has all ingredients to win the World Cup, Australia ready to repeat but England can learn a lesson by current looses against top team,

Miracles are expected as they happened in 1983 1987 1992 1996 1999,

All is possible till the last ball of the match, so Zimbabve is my Champion, consider it or otherwise Bangladesh.

Only Australsia after Two World Cups

West Indies the only non-Australisian team to claimed the world cup twice in history of 36 years of one day Cricket,

West Indies was un-stoppable in 1975 and 1979, they won both world cup with ease only Pakistan team made a little difficulty to them in 1979 Semi Final.

After 1979 Cricket World Cup No other team than Australian or Asian region could manage to take world cup with them, in 1983 India finished the magic of "Black Wind" by beating them with 40 runs but after very tough match,

in 1987 Australia beat England and Claimed the World Cup as a team of a country and continent as well,

In 1992 Pakistan beat England while they had been humiliated by England in league match in which they could only manage 73 total runs in 50 overs match, rain saved Pakistan and 1 point for them to compete an unbeaten New Zealand side but Pakistan Beat New zealand in semifinal and reach into the Final first time, England reached in Final to harass Pakistan team, Pakistan won that with very much hard and team work.

1996 Sri Lankan team made a History by beating Australia in final played at Lahore, Srilankan played all matches in their own new style, they started to use first 10 to 15 overs to make a quick start of runs that was used by Newzealnd in 1992 world cup but in the grounds of short boundaries, Sri lankan style is being used by most teams till now.

1999 two Austrasian nations Pakistan and Australia manage to meet in the final match where Australia didn't waste any time of Pakistan team, that Pakistan never allowed to win the match during the whole match, it was one sided for Australia 132 was the target bad day for the final of the world cup.

Indian team had to face Australia in 2003 world cup who has habit of one sided Final match, Australia repeat it with a mountain of runs before India who loosed the hopes when Sachin failed to deliver, many of them were equal to the form of Sachin but nobody delivered, India loosed Australians won 2nd in a row and third in times,

Australia meet and beat another Asian nation;s team, this time Sri Lanka, some say it another one sided match but the match was not closed it was decided by the umpires (in cricket it would be a crime in my opinion) Australia won again.

I was student of logic, according to logic Bangladesh should play the Final with Australia in 2011,
The name of the world cup should be changed and its name should Australian Challenge Cup.

It was Clive Lloyd in 1975 and in 1979 who won the World Cup for West Indies,

Kapil Dev did it in third World Cup and became 2nd successful Captain, LN Border join the pair of Kapil and Cliveand in 1992 a most dedicated social personality of the Cricket world Imran Khan join the Party, A man from a little country Ranatunga followed Imran Khan, 1999 Steve Waugh became another successful Captain, in 2003 new Captain Rickey Ponting prefer Symonds on Steve Waugh and join the winning captains team,

We have got MS Dhoni who won the world cup for India and increase in the number of winning captains.

Every body knows that Indian team won this world cup by spending a huge amount, I suppose ICC to fix some matches for the promotion of cricket and let lower teams come to main stream and rest of the world (other ten countries) will get involve in game of cricket. If any one claims that all the world cup is fixed than he must be mad, because only some matches were fixed by ICC (International Cricket Council).

We wished all the world to get into the cricket, Icc sponsored some fixations, only one or in the favor of cricket all others were fixed for money, ICC please promote cricket, ICC should take action to stop fixation of cricket matches other than ICC's sponsorship.

We will be given a crunching fight between India and Srilanka on 2nd April and it will be a biggest match ever we would have seen two Asian great teams will fight for World Cup which was decided yesterday that the World Cup is not going out of South Asia, because the only non-Asian team New Zealand was unable to break their so far permanent barrier of Semifinal.

My personal hope is with India but let's watch the big match play with the predictions.
